Introduction

Heukdonga, a restaurant specializing in heukdwaeji (black pork), is situated in front of Cheju Halla University. It is known for serving thicker slices of pork than those typically found in other regions. The signature dish of the restaurant is heukdwaeji sutbulgui (charcoal-grilled black pork), featuring Jeju heukdwaeji grilled over charcoal and then dipped in boiling meljeot (fermented anchovy sauce) for added flavor.
