Kishimen is a Japanese restaurant established in 1992, specializing in dishes like dongaseu (pork cutlet), udon, and soba. Among these, the most popular item is the naeng zaru udon (cold zaru udon). This dish features flat udon noodles that are wide and thinly stretched, resulting in a texture that is both soft and moist, enhancing the overall taste.
